Carol Walsh is a lifelong Santa Cruz local and a REALTOR® serving Santa Cruz, Aptos, Monterey, and San Benito Counties. She specializes in helping clients downsize,historic and older homes and complex, court-ordered real estate transactions — the product of 20 years as Case Administrator for a Court-Appointed Trustee and Receiver, where she mastered negotiation, meticulous record-keeping, and calm project management.

Carol understands that buying and selling a house can be one of the most stressful life events for many and she aims to take the stress off.  Her experience and knowledge, combined with Coldwell Banker’s unparalleled resources, all help Carol provide clients with unsurpassed service.  Whether it’s a mountain hideaway, a house to raise your family, or the ultimate beach pad, Carol can help you find it or sell it!
